Yes, I feel this disturbance a lot. I have the Cardinal signs on my Axes. Aries MC/Libra IC. While Mars and Venus are tightly conjunct tthey both are in Quincunx to Saturn in 7th ( also DC ruler). When I involve myself in partnerships of any kind I find it difficult to relate in a way that will help my own psychological development I guess. I find 7th house energies/relationships of any kind totally divorced from how I need to resolve my IC/MC issues. (I am identifying it for the first time and am so relieved I can now direct my energies in the right direction.)
