I’m afraid I’ve only just discovered that there have been unanswered comments on the site.  Somehow, these comments have slipped through the cracks, and an alerting email was not sent to me, so I had no idea they were there.  I’ve done my best to answer the ones I can.  I will try to fix this glitch…in the meantime, I apologize to anyone who was awaiting a response.
