Thank you all for the lovely greetings, both public and private, that you sent to me on the one year anniversary of this blog. I’m touched, and honoured.

The deadline for entries for the Birthday Contest is Wednesday, August 11th. In three hundred words or less, how does the fifth house relate to the 8th house? The prize for the winning entry is your choice of an off the cuff reading or a tutoring session. Send your entries with Birthday as the subject matter to me at alcuin9@gmail.com.

If any of you are thinking about taking the Advanced Synastry Course, there is still time. Next week will be the last week we’ll be able to start this session. I won’t be offering this course again until some time in the late autumn. I will be offering the course in Secondary Progressions again, and those students who have taken the Progressions course will be able to take the Progressions in Synastry course which I will also be teaching in the autumn.

There will be other courses announced in the next couple of weeks, so stay tuned.
