Does the gift certificate expire?
No. There is no expiry date on any gift certificate from The Inner Wheel. The recipient can redeem whenever they are ready — there is no deadline and no pressure.
How does the recipient receive the certificate?
The certificate is emailed to you — the giver. It includes the recipient’s name, your personal message, a unique gift code, and the redemption link. You forward it by email, print it and place it in a card, or share it however feels right for the occasion. You control when the recipient receives it.
What if the recipient already has this report?
If their birth data matches an existing completed report, the redemption page will let them know and offer two options — receive the existing report again by email, or generate a fresh one. Either way the certificate is honoured in full.
How long does it take to receive the report after redemption?
The report is generated and delivered as a PDF within minutes of the recipient entering their birth data. There is no waiting period and no manual processing.
