The Inner Wheel is an astrology website built on the work of Dawn Bodrogi. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

What information we collect and why
Birth data for report orders
When you purchase a personalized astrology report, we collect the birth information needed to generate it — typically name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. For synastry reports, we collect this information for two people.
We use this information solely to generate your report. We do not share it with third parties, sell it, or use it for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order. Birth data is retained in our order records for customer service and redelivery purposes. If you would like your birth data deleted from our records, contact us at support@theinnerwheel.com and we will remove it.
Email address
We collect your email address in two ways: when you make a purchase, and when you sign up for our email list via opt-in forms on the site.
We use your email address to deliver your report, send order confirmations, and — if you have subscribed — to send occasional emails about new content and products. We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
Comments
When you leave a comment on the site, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your comment. Your email address is not displayed publicly. Comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Usage data and analytics
We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how visitors use the site. These tools collect anonymized data about pages visited, time spent on the site, and general geographic location. This data does not identify you personally. Order records including birth data and email addresses are retained for as long as necessary to provide customer service and comply with legal obligations. Comment data is retained indefinitely so that follow-up comments can be approved automatically. If you would like any of your data deleted, contact us at support@theinnerwheel.com.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to request that we correct inaccurate data, and to request that we delete your data where we are not legally required to retain it. To make any of these requests, contact us at support@theinnerwheel.com.
If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children’s privacy
Our site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
